The website records the request, securely stores any configurator files, sends the project to our packaging team and sends a transactional confirmation to the email address you provide.
1. Scope and controller
This Policy applies to packaging.martirikina.com, including its quote forms and integrated production configurator. The former standalone configurator hostnames are permanently retired and do not provide, redirect to, or process requests for this service. MARTI RIKINA LLC is responsible for the business use of personal information described here.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and business details, such as name, email address, company and delivery destination.
- Project information, such as product type, quantity, timing, notes, selected configuration and quotation history.
- Files you submit, including logos, artwork, previews and related file metadata.
- Technical and security information automatically processed when the site is used, such as IP address, browser, device, request time and diagnostic logs.
- Correspondence and approvals exchanged during a project.
3. How we use information and submitted content
We use information to provide and improve the site; receive, secure and organize inquiries; communicate with you; prepare quotations, samples and production specifications; coordinate suppliers and logistics; prevent abuse; maintain business records; and comply with legal obligations. Under the license in our Terms, non-confidential product and project photos, renderings, descriptions and specifications may also be used in catalogs, sales materials, portfolio examples, demonstrations, training and promotional communications. Personal contact information and private customer artwork are not treated as promotional content and are not used for unrelated advertising or AI-model training without separate, express authorization.
We process information as needed to respond to your request, take steps toward a contract, perform a contract, pursue legitimate business and security interests, comply with law, and where applicable based on consent.
4. Service providers and recipients
Current core providers are:
- Supabase: database services, public catalog snapshots, private Storage for configurator previews, customer artwork and request manifests, and a protected Edge Function used to receive and retrieve those files.
- Resend: transactional request and confirmation email, including addresses, message content, attachments and delivery diagnostics.
- Vercel: application hosting, edge delivery, security, operational logs and limited application metadata used to serve the site.
- Google Drive / Google Workspace: controlled disaster-recovery backups of site releases and selected operational documents. Private request files are not intentionally exposed through public Drive links.
We may also share the minimum project information needed with prospective or selected manufacturers, printers, sample makers, testing providers, freight providers and professional advisers. We may disclose information when required by law or in connection with a business transaction.

5. Retention
We retain inquiries, specifications, approvals and associated files for as long as reasonably needed for the project, repeat orders, warranty or dispute handling, legal and accounting obligations, and protection of business interests. Retention varies by record and relationship. We may keep de-identified records that no longer identify an individual.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health data or other sensitive personal information through a packaging request.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of personal information, or to object to certain processing. We may verify your identity and retain information where permitted or required by law. Send requests to packaging@martirikina.com. You may opt out of marketing at any time; transactional project messages may still be sent while a request is active.
8. International processing
Our business and primary service providers operate in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers or project partners operate, which may have different privacy laws from your location.
9. Children
The packaging service is intended for business users age 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy and will post the new effective date here. We will not apply a materially broader use of previously collected personal information retroactively without the notice and consent required by law. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to packaging@martirikina.com.
