- Project information, such as product type, quantity, timing, notes, selected configuration and quotation history.
- Files you submit, including logos, artwork, previews and related file metadata.
- Technical and security information automatically processed when the site is used, such as IP address, browser, device, request time and diagnostic logs.
- Correspondence and approvals exchanged during a project.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the site; receive, secure and organize inquiries; communicate with you; prepare quotations, samples and production specifications; coordinate suppliers and logistics; prevent abuse; maintain business records; and comply with legal obligations. 4. Service providers and recipients
The site uses Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, security and storage, and Resend to deliver transactional email. Their handling of data is governed by their agreements and privacy policies. We may also share the minimum project information needed with prospective or selected manufacturers, printers, sample makers, testing providers, freight providers and professional advisers. We may disclose information when required by law or in connection with a business transaction.
5. Retention
We retain inquiries, specifications, approvals and associated files for as long as reasonably needed for the project, repeat orders, warranty or dispute handling, legal and accounting obligations, and protection of business interests. Retention varies by record and relationship. We may keep de-identified records that no longer identify an individual.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health data or other sensitive personal information through a packaging request.

The packaging service is intended for business users age 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
