No order, price, production slot, delivery date, specification or factory commitment is final until it is confirmed in a written quotation or agreement issued or accepted by MARTI RIKINA LLC.
1. Acceptance and business use
By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The website is intended for business packaging inquiries. You confirm that you are at least 18 and authorized to act for the company or project you identify.
2. Website information
Catalog images, descriptions, materials, dimensions, minimum order quantities, lead times, prices and availability are informational and may change. Product images may show representative items or finishes. We may correct errors, update content or discontinue an item without notice.
3. Requests, estimates and orders
A website or configurator submission authorizes us to review the brief, contact you and prepare a response. Displayed pricing is an estimate unless a written quotation says otherwise. Taxes, duties, freight, tooling, molds, samples, testing, artwork preparation and other charges may be separate.
An order is formed only under the written terms applicable to that project. Those project terms control if they conflict with these website Terms.
4. Samples, formula fit and approvals
You are responsible for evaluating packaging with the intended formula, filling process, storage conditions, transport method and regulatory requirements. Production should not begin until the physical sample, technical drawing, color, finish, decoration, artwork proof, quantity, packing method and other applicable specifications have been approved in writing.
5. Files and intellectual property
You retain ownership of artwork and files you submit. You grant MARTI RIKINA LLC and the manufacturers, printers, logistics providers and technical partners involved in your request a limited license to store, reproduce, adapt for technical processing and share those materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, sample, manufacture, inspect and deliver the requested packaging.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for every submitted logo, image, trademark, design, text and other material. Do not upload confidential information that is not needed for the request.
6. Communications
We may send transactional messages about your request, including confirmation, questions, specifications and quotation updates. A request does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Email is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free; contact us directly if a time-sensitive message is not acknowledged.
7. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape at disruptive volume, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful material.
8. Disclaimers and liability
